Review and re-negotiate

In most cases the most efficient strategy is to re-negotiate with your incumbent service provider.

When we undertake this option we’ll ask your incumbent service provider to submit a revised schedule of rates.

While it’s easy enough to request a rate review and in most cases the result will be a slight reduction in the existing charges.

But how do you know if your new rates are the best that the market has to offer?

Review and request quotations

In other cases it may be better to undertake a formal request for quotation (RFQ) or tender process to maximise your savings and to ensure that your existing service provider hasn’t become complacent and is taking your relationship for granted.

In this instance we will include the incumbent service provider but we’ll also invite a number of other suitable service providers to submit their rates.
